The evil of smoking is not in the act itself, but from allowing it to control you. I quit being a regular daily smoker 5 1/2 years ago after smoking for 30 years. I still smoke a few times a year when I go out 'with the boys' and have some beers, but that's fairly infrequent. Once the evening is over, I have no desire to continue smoking. I can't remember the last cig I had...might have been on New Year's.
From what I hear, most ex-smokers can't get away with this.

I made that call almost four years ago,and still going strong. Way to go....:thmbsp:
