PM Summer's post a from a few weeks ago caught my attention. I have never heard this group, so I'm streaming them from Amazon Music Unlimited (Thanks PM);

Posted this in the " Twang " thread......Feel it fits quite easily in here too....Irish band called the " Cujo Family ".... Heard them for the first time yesterday but they are on the scene for over 15 yrs...

Hey Gannon, good deal. Had no idea you were into Bluegrass. I guess I like it because it's like "Country Jazz" where all the musicians are just jamming out on their instruments. I'm not a big Country fan, but I do like Folk and Bluegrass.

I got behind in my playlists today, so I'm catching up. Posted a few in the Blues Playlist too. Some rarer selections. I'm about caught up now so back to the Jazz Playlist soon!

Yeah, I got this CD a few years ago. As I remember, they did some different things on it. I love all kinds of music. This is great stuff. I got the CD after, I heard it on one of the morning country shows on WKCR here in NY. See you over on the Jazz Playlist later!

Wow! I happen to know that album. I've listened to bits and pieces via Slacker and Amazon Prime Mujsic Unlimited. I may have actually listened to the whole album via Amazon Prime Unlimited. Nice grab for 2 bucks! Congrats.
 
Have Del McCoury in my playlist. They collaborated on a Dierks Bently CD was pretty nice. Recently learned of Blue Highway through a local bluegrass and fiddle fest up here in CT.

This is local group Too Blue doing Lonesome Pine by Blue Highway
