Transistor substitution Braun Regie 350

Hi,

I want to replace transistors 2SC1061 and 2SC1162 in a Braun Regie 350. These are the subs I'm considering:

2SC1061 -> MJE15034G
2SC1162 -> KSD794AYSTU

I'm confident that the MJE15034G is a good sub, but I have no idea about the KSD794. It all seems fine, but the ft is way off. Then again, I don't know if that matters, I don't know much about transistor substitution.

Can anybody confirm these substitutions?
