Looks like half a Heathkit. W-3M perhaps? One of the early two chassis Williamson types at any rate, the one with the Acrosound transformer.
To be useful there will be another similar size chassis with one tube and what looks like two transformers on it. Thats the power supply. You need both to make it go. You need two to make it stereo.

Gadge nailed it. Depending on the final price it may be worth it even tho you are missing the power supply. They are fairly common if you keep an eye out for it. The Acrosound transformer is quite good.
