They look like they might be P.A. Monitors

Maybe older "sound power" or "venue" series.
Note the absence of handles, they were not intended as portables.

Yep...Stage monitors.Meant to face the performer Probably a 12" or 15" woofer and a horn. The components are pretty good , It is PA but I remember hooking up a set to a tube amp and from what I remember they sounded pretty nice. May be limited on the High end due to their purpose but probably a fair price if they have 15" woofers.

Rockin and Rollin....
Old JBL stuff like that tended to have 15" drivers, say like D130's, and a horn of some sort, a lot of times 075, or maybe a tater masher..
Could also be something along the lines of 2225's or 26's and a 2447 compression driver on a horn..
I wouldn't have even taken the time to put the computer down heading for the door so fast at that price..
but.. I'm also eyeballing the back there, and it appears that it may be a box with either dual 15's or dual 18's since I'm not seeing a network, but rather just jacks..
No matter what... $250 for a pair of industrial JBL's.. it's a no brainer so long as they aren't toasted. Even then the baskets are worth a fair penny.

Very similar to some Control 29 AVs I have (20" x 12" x 11", metal mesh grille)...dunno this model, though.

The pics aren't too good,
Contact the guy and ask him if there is a model number on them.
