You need those.. the price isn't bad, but $125 or lower would be better.. I'd talk him down over the pushed in caps. Granted, you can pull them out, but they won't look near as good as if they hadn't been pushed in. Personally, I'd replace the dust caps. I'd also see if he has the grills or not. If he doesn't have the grills, another thing to try and talk the price down over.
They are Kenwood MV-7. Very high efficiency, and they will handle serious wattage.. They make a hell of a super party speaker. Pretty robust sounding.
I had the MV-9. One pair of speakers I wish I wouldn't have sold. They were only available to military over seas..

It would appear from the pic the grilles are lying on the floor in front of the speakers.
