Value of Pioneer Spec system

Well majority of the base figures can be found using eprey, but I can give you an idea as I own some myself.
Spec 1: Depending on condition I'd say low of 250-400 give or take. I've seen them spike to over 500 but that was for some restored and or perfect pieces. If yours is decent I'd say a happy middle would be 300. It's a nice piece, also is there any issues cosmetically? Connectors tarnished? ect..?
Spec 4: I really like these units I've seen these go for around 500 give or take depending upon condition cosmetically and internally. Really nice examples that are working perfect can fetch 600 or more, but I've seen alot of people move and lust over the Spec 2 for the additional power.
TX-9500 II: Great tuner, as long as it's working and everything in sync I'd say easy it could bring 200 + to the right party. These however vary in price as I've seen them sell for 150 or 300 so middle of the road seems safe.
RT-707: If everything is working and recently cleaned/inspected it could pull in 100-200 give or take. The 909 is what many people also lust over, so it can vary. If there is no work and it's been sitting for awhile it's going to be on the lower end. What do you plan on doing with it?
I'm a big fan of the gear, ideally the spec 1 and 4, I'm always looking for more of those.

for the spec 1 there is a little tarnish on the RCA jacks and a few scratches on the top of the faceplate. Same with the amp. Faces are nice.
The 9500 is perfect and highs are a bit muted on the left channel of the 707, I need to clean the heads as i spotted some residue after the last listening session.
The deck came with literally a hundred tapes mostly classical and classic rock.
The PO has asked me to digitize any of the classic rock I could get off the tapes which I plan to do.
Currently I'm just listening to the preamp trying to get a feel for it.
Plan to check out the amp in detail on sunday. So far all I know is that it is working and sounds good.

Oh well, perhaps we do not have a happy new Pioneer owner. I always say earn your money and do your homework. Ebay, cl, and sometimes A-gon are your sources for market info.

Call me the undecided pioneer owner.
I'm waiting to be "startled" be the sound of well recorded music as my previous pre did on a fairly regular basis.
I did look at ebay for pricing but often it does not reflect reality, however
I am watching the the auctions for the spec stuff to see what the bids rise to.

No problem, I think the Spec line is a wonderful setup honestly. It's my main system that I use all the time. I personally look for deals through here over anywhere else, especially since the rapport and understanding is well known. I won't sell a piece on BT unless I know it's up to par and for a good price. The prices on Eprey often are hopes and wishes, howeverthe bids that do shoot up are also assisted from international interest. Let me know what you end up doing, the Spec setup for me will never be sold as it's earned it's place with me. The ReVox gear I have also is amazing, but to each there own as what my ears enjoy is very different from someone else.
On a side note the Spec 1 has the wonderful step feature that some dislike, however make sure if you can clean it do so it's worth it. The Spec 4 for me is really a beast, it's often dismissed because of the 150 wpc, but for me and my Chorus speakers it's a perfect fit.
