Has anyone ever seen and heard one of these?

Nope, but Victor = JVC.

Victor = JVC. They have various models of SEA equalizers, including some that are integrated into amplifiers and receivers.

Well right now I'm using a Marantz EQ10 with my Marantz 2275 and I'm trying to decide if I should have a wood case built for it and was wondering if the Victor is better then the EQ10?

There asking too much! Plenty of info on these if you search around. JVC_Graz is the resident expert here at AK.

BTW, as others have mentioned, this is a Japan none export version (100V). They were badged as JVC for export.

OK I will do that, but I don't understand,I own Marantz and visit the Marantz forum daily,but never go to say, the Pioneer or any of the other forums. What if someone in one of the other forums is familiar with say the EQ or any other topic but never visits the Marantz forum.They will never see the question. Or am I missing something.

Most of the members here (myself included) don't surf this site by looking at individual forums, but by clicking the 'New Posts' button in the tool bar. This allows the user to see all of the threads (in every forum), that have been added or updated since their last visit. It's a much more efficient and effective way to view the forum.

Start your thread in the correct forum, and eventually those who know something about the subject will come along and answer it. A little patience helps as well.
