The original foam grill must be long gone.

Yup, those are the replacement grills that JBL offered to customers once it became apparent the foam grills were deteriorating.

Good price.

Decent price considering what they go for on ebay.So when you got a replacement was it included with the grill frame or how was it mounted?

The replacement was a slightly smaller frame with the speaker cloth stretched over it. The new frame fit just inside the original one.

I can't honestly believe that anyone has the original foam grilles this many years later. Even those that were stored in controlled climates deteriorated. An original pair would just crumble if touched now. I've seen quite a few people advertise L-100s with "original grilles", but they were just the cheap foam grille material that RS sold for years (that looks like crap).

BTW, that pair should easily sell for that price as they are the original L-100s, and not the later L-100As.
