Two questions:
Did you verify the temperature inside your oven or did you just go with the oven settings.
How much weight did you add to the top? i can't tell what is sitting on there...

I used Marble tile and added weight .

Oven at 135° . I placed the set up in the oven and turned it on and once it reached 135° i maintained it there for 30 minutes . The I tun oven off and leave the set up
there till it cools to the touch.

Worked well enough for me to play record with out massive warp or skipping. Successful on three records out of three I tried so far.

Yes I used a digital thermometer and set it for alarm to go off at 138 . So you have to be attentive and keep an eye on it. lower and rain the temp till it stabilizes.
What I did was set it with out the record for the first one I did, I did all three in the same session. So once I felt it was stabilized to not vary or go over 140° I put the first record in. And noted location of the
dial on the oven so when I did the second one I could get fairly close with minimal adjust menus right after. I took some time for the initial setting. Slight movement of the dial can
make significant changes , on my oven at least ( Viking) .

For the weight It was probably about 7-10 pounds including the marble tile.

make sure the tile is extremely clean before you begin.
