23 yrs in the Navy I had plenty of young sailors that talked intercity and hillbilly. Never understand those that tie grammar to intelligence. I would put a lot of those kids intelligence against anyone’s on here. Just because they are not educated for whatever reason does not mean they are not intelligent.

Intelligence and education are two different things. I can show you educated people everyday that are dumb as ****.
