The right, the right, strengthen the right.........
Stewie----Supposedly von Schlieffen's last words. He was the guy who made the plan to invade France through the Low Countries in The Great War, the von Schlieffen Plan.
von Schlieffen's notion was to knock France quickly out of the war and then turn on Russia which he assumed would be slow to get going. Thus a very strong right wing would strike at France through Belgium while a weak German left would in a defensive posture to hang on against expected French attacks to the south.
This could have had the effect of each army turning the other's left and going in a great circle but the French left led right to Paris, the German left to areas of Germany considered expendable by the Prussian Junkers who ran Germany.

While never having heard them I did see a set. I was buying a set of ADC 303ax from this dude in his Florida room. He was selling some top tier stuff and I asked him what his personal gear was. He said I usually don't do tours but since your not a kid I'll show you "my room". I go and almost bump into these gigantic 2part speakers out of some exoctic wood .I was told these were Von Schweikerts and close tothe totl model. I said can I hear them , he said no my tubes ,2 giant mono blocks need an hour to warn up these were the speakers .He had a great room so they did fit.
