Sounds like it would be an interesting listen. I have owned Vandy 2CIs, 2CEs, and 3As ...
I also own a pair of VS VR-4s in a completely different room on a 60w/ch tube amp ...
The VR-4s are more efficient, Vandies want more power to play their best -
The VR-4s go a lot lower than the Vandies - but I'll admit,
I have not done a direct A/B using the same amp in the same room.
