I think the tube mono blocks mc2301 will have the biggest impact in the press. Everything else is really cool, but the tube monos will have greater novelty appeal as statement pieces. I like it when manufacturers push the state of the art. My guess is that Mc will set the bar for state of the art in tube amplification with the mc2301's. Time will tell…

But if I could it would be for the C-500, because it was made more affordable with a lot of the technology from the C-1000.
I guess I'll dream when I'm feeling Mc Blue.

XRT1K, if you can, you should. They are just right, one person can move them around well enough for adjustment. They come shipped ready to rock, no assembly required! They sound as good as they look!

I don't see the VP1000 on the list. It is a great product. Also hoping for the soon apperance of the AP1000!

Odd isnt it since the VP1000 probably offers the best relative performance of any product in the McIntosh line....

True. So many new models, so little time. If you are a videophile the VP1000 is the coolest piece as it does all the eye candy tricks with any video source.
