I wonder if there is actually anyone to report this guy to? I wouldn't know who or which authority to contact.

Did you happen to read my first post in this thread? Well, He is trying to sell people merchandise that he doesn't have and has no intent of ever sending you what you paid for. He lures you in with low prices, you pay him for the product and then he disappears. I would call that wrong in my book. Technically he hasn't committed a crime at this point but, it is still wrong morally and ethically. He could easily commit a crime against someone else who might wrongfully trust him. If someone makes a purchase from him and he doesn't deliver as promised, he could theoretically be charged with fraud, false advertising, and/or theft by deception. All of which could be litigated in civil court.

Yes, but the point was that until he's actually committed one, the cops are not going to be interested. I hate to say it but sometimes some cops aren't even interested in actual crimes, according to some first hand accounts here at AK.

I think the best you'll get out of this is the satisfaction that AK has been warned. Nice job OP.
