Yes, I won't say it sound better because of real wood veneer, but oil wax real wood walnut did looks damn nice and can last longer than vinyl finish which tear off over time faster, besides the grill got magnets lol quite cool, the rings look beautiful too, this is just a near perfect bookshelf speakers in terms of sound, craftsmanship and price!

The 9.1 limited edition is very rare and hard to find or buy, really my luck to buy a pair from Indonesia. The Denton can be sound better a bit on bass, but lose a bit in dynamic, good a bit on scale, these could be due to the phase plug used in 9.1, anyway both are decent furniture grade speakers, I like the diamond 9.1 tweeter more, while undecided on the woofer. Hope you like the Denton!

Yay, lol you still have the Diamond 9.1? What you use it for? Bedroom or near field setup? I can understand still some people will nitpick on the Diamond 9.1 tweeter high freq clarity, but still it's very very nice sounding speakers, without too much 's' sound like the metal tweeters from Wharfedale 435. Not so soon to buy the Sonus Faber Venere 2.0, although I'm really eyeing on it hehe

ya limited edition is whole lot different in terms of finish, grill, ring, and build, hard to find such quality nowadays even at higher price

oh yeah, I really love how 10.1 looks and design, I believe the 10.1 give even more clarity on high and mid, most probably I'm looking another pair of 10.2 for larger woofer bass extension, any opinion how the 10.2 compare to Monitor Audio Bronze BX2? Or should I just wait to buy the Sonus Faber Venere 2.0

Nice I had the 9.1 and I did a Lil comparison between them and the evo2 10 and several other speakers on Ecoustics a few years back. Very sweet warm speaker that you can listen to for hours at a time, I still own my 8.1's a very different speaker that's more neutral all the diamond .1 speakers are legendary for their enjoyable sounds, that's a very nice finish right there....

I would strongly suggest you keep the Denton, I got both Denton and Diamond 9.1, overall I still like Denton more, better bass and more forgiving if you like to enjoy a large collection of music, I would say very little to complain about the Denton, it match almost perfectly with Fostex HP-A3 and any decent power amp!

Yes sir, I'm keeping them. I was alluding to buying another pair from this fine British speaker company. Maybe I might get lucky and stub my toe on a Wharfedales Airedales.
