I just started my first full core workout since March.
I tweaked a back muscle that week and took a few weeks off strength training.
I got back to that but only occasionally hit a few core exercises since.
Back to the core grind. Use it or lose it. This ain't no party, this ain't no disco...

I've had great difficulty sourcing a good sounding copy of this album. I had a beatup old Capitol US copy for years, and purchased a still sealed of it, which was only slightly better.

Laughing Man is my favorite track on it and, it's the last track of the side, to make matters worse.

I then picked up a Canadian pressing which was a bit better but, just sounds terrible in spots. The redbook CD version on Qobuz is the best I've heard so far.

That Steel River album is it the one with "Southbound Train" on it? I bought that as a single in I think Grade 9. Still love that song from a Hamilton band

I have that pressing, on Philadelphia records, I think.
Grew up with it on Marantz and Large Advents, it was smoky in the room, and what memories.
