What are you Listening To Right Now? - and more

"This was our signature song. We opened most shows with this original. We used to have a tape loop of endless wind, snow, sleet, and rain blasting over the PA when we played. It's a song about meeting a woman in a club and ...well, you know the rest. My fave line..."Like a strong North Wind...my love's intensified". The Nor'easters live now forever on YouTube."

Shifting gears

"I had been looking for months of a live version of this song "A Song For Joe". But I could not find a single copy of any audio cassette. Then I stumbled onto these old VHS tapes and lo and behold I found this. Ironically, it was at a VIETNAM VETERANS Concert. I screw up the lyrics while singing, but I am so happy to be able to share this with you. Especially you surfers, and those who knew Joe. Enjoy."

I've been 95 on 95, over 100 for miles on 95 down near DC
I set the cruise control at 100 for over 5 minutes along Okefenokee Swamp going to Florida
I can't say I've been 128 on 128 but I might have been 140 on 495
I pinned my speedometer at 95 cranking Sabbath at 2-3AM in a Subie schittbox in and out of fog in moose country for 15-20 miles in NH
Those are all untrue statements. I never break the law.

The NOR'EASTERS LIVE "95 on 95" at the Channel in Boston MA June-29,1991
Correction. I'm pretty sure it was 120 for 5 minutes.
I remember being impressed that I went 10 miles in 5 minutes.
I'm glad Wally Gator didn't make like a chicken* that day.

I have IP Vanish VPN and it's set for auto renewal , went to the web site and it's BS , gives you steps to cancel , you go through all the boxes hit submit and it fails every time ,big red bar says failed contact support but it disappears before you can screen shot it  , so I took a photo , jerks . Then you click the support button and nothing happens ?

They also have an auto renew on / off switch , not sure why because that MFer don't move from on

Found a form you can email them , so did that and the address doesn't work

After jacking with that site I went another route, it does give me an invoice with the date and amount , it had been 2 years and I couldn't remember how I paid. Researched my bank and saw it was a Paypal withdrawal , HA went to Paypal and found them in my auto pay list , Paypal is awesome had their web address , correct email , even a phone number.

So I shut off pay with Paypal and had to explain why to Paypal , sent all this stuff in a email to IP Vanish , got a standard reply they will get back to me

Guess what MFers I already handled it no need to get back to me it wasn't a request it was a time stamped boot in the azz :jump:

Sounds like scamware to me... gotta watch VPN services- they can crawl up your butt... :)

Wow... seriously, what do you dislike about them? It can't be their musical prowess- just don't like the sound, :dunno: or the tunes themselves? You don't like brass bands with rock? :dunno:
I don’t discount their their talent or popularity. Just not my jam (sound, tunes, whatever you would call it).
But I have to admit that the only songs I’ve heard were the popular ones on the radio.
