I really like them. My dad was a HUGE fan. A year or so ago I went to see a musical based on the brothers' lives and the Kinks early years. The staging incorporated a real rock band playing badass covers of the songs. The music was great. But overall it was thin and sanitized. Still fun though.

The Kinks are my favorite rock band. The albums they released from the mid thru late 60's were fantastic.

no. never.

never really liked bikes but living in daytona there were a lot of them and they did start to grow on me.

i did take a cb750a in trade for straightening a door and was going to learn to ride on that. it was some good ole boys that rented the shop next to ours. they let me keep the bike there. came to work one day and they had split and took the bike with them.

it wasn't meant to be and i gave up on the idea of riding right then and there. with the amount of drugs and alcohol i was consuming in those days, it was probably for the best.

i still think it wouldda be neat to have a bike with an auto trans.

Now spinning some metallicized classical music. This is a wonderfully tasteful release by Accept's Wolf Hoffman.
It really rocks but keeps the essence of the classical tracks very much intact! Kind of in the same vein as what Trans-Siberian Orchestra has done over the last 25 years.

Great pic, Great album. Wolf is one of the great guitarist in music. A top 5 soloist without a doubt. Those ACCEPT albums are insane
 
so I was offered up a Marantz 2220b for 400. I didn't really pay attention as I have the 2215b and now the 2270. if someone here is looking for something like that I will pay more attention and get some picks of it for viewing. says he will clean and lube, I don't think he will scope and replace parts. just a thought !
