So I live in a basement walkout apartment, The wall my headboard is on shares the wall with the washer and dryer in the laundry room. One of my neighbours decided to start laundry sometime after 10:30. I'm just hoping they don't plan on running the dryer afterwards.

Talk them into getting a couple 4x8 2 in foam sheets to put between the washers / dryers and the wall , knock it down a few db anyway , that or a rent discount.
