i sure am. went to the court about 7 and got a good workout in. felt like im starting to make progress. my breathing was better. my body did what i asked of it, mostly.:rflmao: i shot over 50%.
my 71 yr old ass axually did 2 wind sprints. usually how i try to end a workout. but i got in 2 good ones without getting breathless. im not setting speed records.
3d workout of the week. i aim for 2-3 days playing or working out.
been putzinig around for a few hours. prolly gonna putz all day if i get lucky.

Good on you Brother, I got my workout in today as well, it’s top priority for me, Less the wind sprints . Omg shaking my head no.

That is my favorite BS album, it was one of the 1st albums I ever owned as well. I have an original copy and a modern pressing. The original pressing sounds so much better. The modern pressings seem to lack something that an original has. My mom use to paly that album on loop when I was a kid. She was a big metal fan and loved BS and Ozzy, she was really into Judas Priest too.

When I was little my mom was into metal, her and my dad are devote Christians now and do not listen to any "secular music" but my mom was one hip lady back in the day. She was a huge JP fan, along with BS. she was actually pregnant with me at a number of their concerts.

My Grandma took her an my aunts to one of the JP shows, Not sure if it was at the Forum or the San Bernardino show as they went to a lot of JP concerts as it was my moms favorite band. She dropped them off and did some shopping and running around and when she picked them up she told my mom and my aunts that she had been watching a helicopter leave the stadium and land near a hotel in the area. She said I bet that is where they are staying.

So my mom convinced my grandma to drive them over, and sure enough as they got there JP was being moved from the parking lot into the building.

My mom and my aunts basically bum rushed them and was stopped by their security.

My mom said she got to wave at them and say hi from a distance. She said they waved back and said Hi. What's funny is my mom always tells the story and laughs about it as she said the looks on their faces to have some random woman who was 7 months pregnant running at them was priceless! LOL

I love to get my mom talking about music, I had her going the other day as I was talking to her on the phone and I had a Golden Earring LP spinning and Twilight Zone started playing and she heard it in the back ground and was like OMG I LOVE GOLDEN EARING! She likes to visit us too, its fun seeing her dig through my albums. She will proudly hold them up and show my dad and be like "I use to have this". Meanwhile my dad was not really a big music fan but more into sports. He was into more bubble gum pop music, me and my mom give him crap for it all the time. He was into Exposé, and Madonna, and Debbie Deb, and Tigra and bunny. His "Metal era" was stuff like Motely Crew, and Guns and Roses. But for the most part growing up he would listen to soft rock and pop. He did go through a heavy Country phase in the early 90's he was a huge fan of Patty Lovelace, and Pam Tillis.

Funny how an album can spark so much memory. :) Anywho.... LOL
