Happy Friday 'Eve, all! Mom is here so no weekend warrioring for me tonight. Maybe tomorrow night.

Evening folks! 
Was a pleasantly quiet day at work today which I haven't been able to say in a long time. Nice way to wrap up the work week.
Going to be a gigging weekend for the whole family. Wife and daughter are off to see Third Eye Blind this evening. Tomorrow night the wife and her friend are going to go see Of Monsters and Men while I go see Hammerfall and Evergrey and then on Sunday I'm taking the family to see Alice Cooper.
On that note.....

The weather is so nice out, I have all the windows open and some AM radio playing in the background…. Knocked me out, passed out for an hour or so, woke up feeling like I want to sleep all day. Going to fire up the fisher for a few. The wife wants to go to Home Depot this evening so I’ll have to power down for a few. I’ll be up till 2-3am so I guess the nap now was good. I don’t fee like going anywhere but I also don’t want to go tomorrow. I’ll fire up the main rig when I get home.
I went the easy route with the repair first in hopes it would solve the problem. Car has 293,000kms on it and is 13 years old. Wear and tear seems reasonable. That said carbon build up is certainly a possibility for the code it was throwing or possibly the solenoid but so far so good after a couple of days driving with the new/used actuator.
The solenoid repair looks simple as well with the carbon buildup note so much.
