headed to the gym a lil later this morning. im determined to get back in great shape. i did some light lifting yesterday as well. tomorrow is core day.
ive had several health moments over the last couple years that impacted my conditioning. every time i got over one and got going on getting in shape, another malady would pop up.
ive recovered from the last one about a month now. ive had 2 utis this year. a symptom of an enlarged prostate. i ain't ready to have anything done yet. cause, yanno, surgery.
