What Cartridge Is This?

I replaced this cartridge on my Technics turntable. I don't see a brand on it at all. It says made in Japan on the top. Does anybody recognize this cartridge? Is it any good?

Puro El Cheapo...sometimes referred to as the Red Ed from one of the purveyors in the past, Ed Saunders...
They are cheap things, NLA, don't worry about it, find something else, any cheap Audio Technica is better.
