It's what left over from the rack system.....probably low quality.....

looks like Fisher-Sanyo or something of similar "quality" from the mid-late 80s. No need to bother with it.

It was/is a cabinet manufacturer. Early on they were pretty decent furniture and console manufacturers. Later bridged the range from good to mediocre cabinets and speaker enclosures both empty to the public and custom empties to soeaker manufacturers.

They are most notable for knocked down tv and stereo stands, the for sale looks like one. I remember putting them together a couple of times a week for my aunt's store. Profits must have been high because it seemed if you went in to buy a Timex, younalso walked out with a stand,

I loved the Gusdorf stuff..!....easy to put together. simple design and did the job.
....always nice to see vintage stuff....I could have been a buyer at your aunt's store ....love Timex too...especially Marlins...!!!
