What is the difference between Fisher 80C and 90C?

They do look the same. Other than that any other difference between them. Even tube complements are same.

One has a rumble filter I believe. Other doesn't.

Concur. 90C has a Rumble filter circuit, while the 80c has a fixed capacitor value. Look in the Upper RIGHT CORNER.
