Actually it appears to be a nice vintage mahogany cabinet- it's a shame they had to spoil it with a plastic shelf system. I especially like how neatly they dressed the wiring and how they obviously took their time with the internal speaker placement for best imaging.

It looks like the original Scott tube gear is in place and intact, even if the TT and speaker are gone. Might be a decent restoration project.

Between the cost of a full set of tubes, restoring the chassis itself (caps, resistors, etc), finding a suitable original or replacement speaker (probably a field coil type), a turntable, and refinishing the cabinet it is probably not very cost effective.
