What tonearm is this?

Greetings all, I have acquired this tonearm but haven't the foggiest to what turntable it belongs to. Any guesses from the experts? Thanks..

Garrard 40B or a similar changer

Garrard SP25 (mkII/III) and probably many other Garrard TT's of ca. 1968-1975 that are based on the SP25.
As this is not a "stand alone" arm, use is limited to use as a spare part for a defective arm on an above mentioned TT.

This arm uses a sled in the headshell (the cartridge is mounted on to the sled, the sled slides in to the fixed headshell). If in good working condition this sled is probably the most usefull part of this arm (for owners of a Garrard TT with the same sled).

As pointed out by some posters here, the only SP25 with this arm is the Mk3. And 40B, SL65B and probably few other types also use this arm with the fixed headshell (with sled).

Possibly mk3, but mk2 definitely had a removable headshell.

Definitely Garrard SP25 Mk3.

it was also used on the SL65B as this was basically an autochanger version of the SP25.
