ADC type headshell for straight tonearm. Used by I'd guess hundreds of turntables.
 
+1 on the ADC type. The only problem is that some of the manufacturers had slight variations, and aren't quite interchangeable. Looks like an onkyo but could be sony or other straight tone arms.
 
Calling it an ADC type isn't entirely accurate but, more of a generalization to group that particular style of headshell for straight tone arms.

If you were to examine a real ADC headshell for their straight tone arms they are different than those commonly found on more Japanese made turntables with straight tone arms of the 80s.
