The date on the penny is inconsistent with the time period when the tt was manufactured.

Strobe is fine -- its pinky/ orange on the left. But under the penny is a Pioneer headshell. Whether that's wrong depends on your perspective.
(But look out for the anti Technics Basher thread, who will smite you.)

I dont see anything wrong..Thats a good idea.. every time you pick up youre arm you willl have good luck all day long.

Why have a 1-toggle switch and 2-toggle switch a foot apart on the wall, when you can have one 3-toggle switch? And the cables are hanging on the wall, rather than connected to audio equipment. :D

Your pic says a 1200mkII, but that model should not have LEDs on the pitch control.

Oops, after a second look I see now there are no LEDs! Okay, I see the obvious penny and non-Technics head shell and is it my imagination, the cartridge appears to be riding directly on the LP.

Other than the general slovenly mess of that pigsty of a room, the hideous curtains, the lightswitches, the stacking of a TT on top of a tuner, the cheap 1970's vintage paneling, and that fu**ing penny on the headshell?

Nothing, looks great. Throw in an ashtray full of "roaches" and '70s vintage beer tabs, and it would look like heaven.
