What's your "every day carry" gear?

I usually carry a couple M67s in my pockets just in case I'm outnumbered more than say 10:1. Anything less than that I just rely on common materials...pencils, pens, chewing gum, etc.

I carry an old Spyderco, I think it is an Endura. If it is cool enough for a jacket I carry a Bud Nealy concealment tanto or a XD 45.

I carry an original pattern Meyerco Rascal designed by Blackie Collins. I'm on my 3rd one, losing the first 2. It is light, holds an edge, and quite strong. I forget it is clipped to my pocket. Before I found this one I had a long string of folders such as a CRKT M16, Gerber Paul, Dalton Slim Seal, and a couple others. They all sit in my knife box now. They look much cooler but cannot match the utility of the Meyerco -

We don't have that opportunity here in Illinois, (and coming slightly out from undercover) we're working on that.

Don't let it be said markthefixer isn't patient - THAT particular ongoing project has been active in my queue since before the mid 1990's....

Illinois is the ONLY state without some form of open or concealed carry. With Wisconsin's AG's determination about open carry, Illinois became the last.

Granted, in a few /states/area of some states/ the permit is rarer than hen's teeth, but it's there.

That said.... I can't say..... but the good Rabbi's choice has me... :scratch2:
