Where do you buy fuses from and is this right for Revox B77?

B77 fuse blew while fast forwarding It is a 5x20 1500ma 250v slow burn. Is that the right fuse for the USA?

And where do you buy them? I tried car shops and Lowes and they didn't have any.

They are available from a number of sources including electronic parts supply companies like Mouser or Digi-Key. You can also get them from Amazon:

You may need to further investigate the cause of the fuse failure if the replacement fuse blows.
