White van scammers make me sick!

Has anyone actually listened to a set of these DiVinci speaks? I know they're white van crapola, but someone seems to think they sound okay if people leave positive feedback for the product.

It's all so very relative....

As I've said before: Compared to the BPC they'd been experiencing.....

Why would ANYBODY buy a product from someone that also sells a product known as "Auction Thief"?

Also have to wonder about anybody that bought his white van crap and says they are pleased! They must be looking at the speakers instead of listening to them!

Caveat emptor.

Nowdays most folks are accustomed to big-box surround systems. Also, you're totally on the nose. Looks are everything. Ergo MTV.

My bet is some of the buyers giving positive feedback on eBay are ringers/aliases who made a pseudo purchase to built feedback.

Here's a new marketing tactic to sell white van speakers on craigslist:

Basically --- Yeah, I'm a sucker but "I have heard these are decent speakers if you don't pay over $200."

Note pic of new box with straps still on. Meaning not opened and not even tested. Funny I wondered when they found out? I would have opened anything I bought right away. I bet they're betting you can be suckered ... or if they did get suckered, passing one bad deal on to you ... such a deal!

I have for sale a new in box Kirsch K3 5.1 Home Cinema Stereo System. To be honest with you I was sold these speakers out of a van for $250 dollars... and I have recently learned I was a sucker and these are not infact worth over 1k dollars like the van conartists stated :0(

On the plus side, I have heard these are decent speakers if you dont pay over $200 dollars for them, so I am trying to sell them for $100 and get some of my money back.

My loss = your gain.

Here's my fuzzy math. If they believe it's worth $200 then the poster maybe overpaid $50 and should keep them. Gain = $200 set of speakers. :thmbsp:
But by selling at $100, they are basically writing off a $150 loss. :thumbsdn:
