Skyboy: Welcome to AK and the [Exclusively Sansui] forum. You will find the help you need here.

Let me start by saying that's it's certainly acceptable to ask for help. However, it's not good form to ask someone to share or copy their service manuals because 99% of us have had to purchase our manuals from services that have been set-up just for that purpose. Perhaps that isn't what you meant in your message and if not, then my comments don't apply.

When you get someone to assist you with your AU-919 they may require that you have the AU-919 service manual handy or they may share a service manual with you - that's their call. If you need to have your own, there are several services to get these manuals at reasonable costs typically $9.95 to $15.95 depending uopn the size and complexity.

Try www.obsinc.us as a representative service for manuals. Also look at www.stereomanuals.com.

Let's get that AU-919 up and running. Someone with AU-919 service experience will be along shortly. :thmbsp:

I'm sorry for my poor english,ENGLISH is not my mather language.
I think I can not express meaning accurately.
I really know I can find the service manuals by "GOOGLE" on some website, and the cost is not too much for me ,but I don't know hou to pay for them, because I'm in CHINA.I had never pay for overseas.IF somebody came from CHINA or have CHINA's bank account I can pay for him or his family members.

I understand your problem with the ordering into China. I can't offer any suggestions but perhaps someone else will see these messages and have a solution.

Good morning Skyboy

You could try to open a PayPal account. I know that PayPal will accept wire transfers from banks of other countries.

Then look on Ebay. There are several people there selling Sansui reprints. Also some that are PDF scans onto DVD disc. Use PayPal to pay.

Good luck
