I am not really an expert so I would pretty much appreciate you guys input on the condition of these woofers.
Today I got a pair of Wharfedale's Denton XP2's in the mail box. As I was unpacking them I was drooling at how pristine they looked like with perfect cabinets (recently restored) and perfect grills with new cloth and original logos... until I hooked them up...
... NO BASS, whatsoever, crystal clear highs from what seem very good condition tweeters but the woofer travel is nonexistent when I gently push it in and when playing, well, almost no bass is present even with tone controls or loudness on, there is simple no bass present here. I am so disappointed.
I unscrewed them out and took a picture, they do look shitty...
