Crime here is rare, I can actually walk on the street at night and not worry about getting mugged. The people are friendly and helpful.

I gotta ask...did you ship your audio gear from the States to the Philippines, then to Vietnam, or...did you acquire your gear there?

I do recall someone on AK talking about a high demand for vintage electronic in southeast Asia.
