TR607 (2sc734): KSC1845/1815 (also read possibly KSC2690AYS w/complementary KSA1220AY?) From AK Search
In the CA-1000 these would be TR607 (2SC734Y) & TR608 (2SA561)

Are all of these bad in your unit? With availability being what it is, you might consider a less thorough replacement approach. I've had no issues with mine, and I only made the typical replacements to known troublesome transistors.
