Its a metric thread.Take 1 of the screws with you to a hardware store. I'm not sure of the "M" number..
 
Already done, I just can't remember which one it was, and I can't find where I put the screws...

Oops..Damn..I hate it when I do that..PM Merrylander he probably knows exactly what the thread size and pitch is.
 
Just checked in my SM, the screw dimensions are there for every single screws, except the cabinet ones. ("Cabinet Fixing Screw")

I'll check the CA-1010 manual.

EDIT: It's just called "screw".

Don't know if this helps much as I can't measure the threads accurately. But here is a pic of the screw from my 2010.

OK, just found the bag with the screws I bought (and one of the two Yamaha originals). They're M5 screws, the diameter is just a tad larger than 10-32 screws. The 10-32 screws fit in an M5 hole, but are a bit looser than real M5s.

Maybe I'll use the 10-32s : I have a bag of nice stainless steel 10-32 rackmount screws, and the M5s I got are ugly flat-blade screws from the hardware store.
