No credit to me. I got them from the Ebay guy whsh94a. They were all set, just a simple solder job. Or you could contact whsh93a on AK. Must be his brother.

Old post I know but a little update: beware brother, beware. On my CR-620, the lamp wiring diagram on the standalone Yamaha-approved schematic DOES NOT match the Yamaha service manual and also DOES NOT match my un-violated machine. What a freaking nightmare. My advice is to trace the wires and use a voltmeter (AC, not DC, at least on mine) to check out the voltage. On mine, one side of the lamp power pins (center lamp and Tuning) had zero voltage - wound up paralleling with the left lamp and the tuning dial. All is good. Love the Yamaha build quality, feel quite otherwise about the supporting documentation.

This has been beaten about on here for years! The damn bulbs are for some convoluted reason wired in a series-parallel configuration -yamaha's descent into engineering tomfoolery. If you don't replace ALL 4, you'll go bonkers. My cr-640 sat disassembled for years before gettin'my mitts on the schematic & learning all about this here on AK. @dgwojo saved the day, my sanity. & my rcvr.
And yes, voltage is 24 vac to that mess, bulbs are 14 volt replacements for longevity.
