Maybe not quite a PC-5002M but all those bids and amount says it's still quite respectable. I'v got one tucked away just in case I hook up a 18" JBL subwoofer or two.

It's a compact 430WPC pro amp with fans. Amps run hot. And it's an awful close second to a PC5002M and makes a superb sub amp @1.5KW mono. It's built with top shelf parts and fabrication techniques.

The fans rarely came on in my setup, two of them stuffed in a cabinet with almost no ventilation. However, when they did, and then a quiet passage would follow, it was distracting. Stuffed in a back room and it's no bother.

BTW, that was one of my PC4002M that I sold him a while back. He did VERY well on the upsell.

I should have kept the two I had - you have one and the other went to a member on another forum I frequent. Both sold for waay less than this only a few short years ago.

Quality gear is always worth something and these are *very* well made.

cdfac and I picked up three from an audio guy in Vegas a few years back for short money. Hell, he even drove them up to Colorado from Vegas for gas money.

Chris flipped his from my garage after deciding against paying another shipping charge, I still have one of the original pair doing regular duty in the mancave. Feeds the JBL L7's quite nicely.
