Thank you for all the comments. I replaced 3 small belts on the left side, cleaned plastic rollers, and used 320 dry paper on it. Clean up good internal rubber roller on the bottom plastic pulley (left side) user "vintage" L&M Rubber Roller cleaner (I think it's from 90s), reverse belts wiped them with the same L&M rubber cleaner, same issue, belts are slippering like I did not do anything. Before I started cleaning, it was moving very little, on and off, but it was moving, after all this, it stopped

Make the drive roller a little abrasive and the effect will be more correct and without slipping.

This is what solved the belt slipping problem on my PX3. Its been about 4 years since i treated the main drive belt and its still OK

This reduces slipping of flat drive belts.

Make them rough using a minimum abrasive of P2000.
The effect is obvious.
Tested on two devices that also have a similar defect with flat drive belts.

And do not forget to clean and treat the cassette deck like capstan drive. I used a solution made for printer rubber wheels to clean and recondition the serrated metal capstan shaft and the rubber roller. This is often overlooked.

- Make the drive roller a little abrasive
- Replacing motor drive belts
- Cleaning and lubricating other passive rollers

There are many options online( for example on vinylengine - transport belt adjustment guide ).

Much depends on their state of hardness.
The ones I had were quite acceptable.
It was enough to wash them with soluble soap, since the properties of their rubber are unknown and the influence of different chemistry on them is unknown.
And install flat belts, with a kind of double revolution, their location and sides on the rollers.(A reversal of the flat belts with a change of sides is not excluded)
The main problem with this type of drive is dust on the inside of the flat belt.
You need to periodically remove it from there.
Especially with a smooth drive roller surface on a flat belt.

It's a good idea to check the values of R8 and R9 to control the tracking sensitivity.
