Yammie A1 amp vs. Sansui AU 717?

Has anyone ever heard these two side by side? Impressions?

I have been listening to my (restored) 717 for nearly ten years and enjoy it just fine. I am intrigued by the A1. When you look at the specs, it appears the A1 has an edge, particularly in damping, SNR, and separation. I run a restored M2/C4 set in main room, and love it as well.

Thanks!

The A-1 is also underrated power output wise. Its closer to 90 watts before clipping.

The direct disc feature is great if you play lots of vinyl. from the phono section directly to the amp.

Great sounding unit and very heavy .

I do not have any experience with the 717
