    Can I pair a Sansui AU 717 (85 watts @ 8 ohms) with 6 ohm JBL Studio 530's?

    I just bought a pair of JBL Studio 530 speakers (6 ohm, 25-125 watts) at at a great price ($240, on sale now!), and I am wondering if its advisable to drive them with a Sansui AU 717 (85 wpc into 8 ohms)? I'm pretty new to this stuff so any advice would be appreciated!
