You don't see these on CL very often...

I don't know much about Sansui hardware. I only recently bought my first piece of it.

I do know that's most likely VERY good but is it $3250 good? Or is the seller hoping to appeal to the hardcore Sansui collector?

No way would I even consider advertising something like that of CL...nothing good can come of it .

Absolutely unmodified, (except for the one modification).

Things like that make me wonder about the rest of this ad. If this guy doesn't know when to use the word, "absolutely", what are the chances that he knows when to use the word, "restored"?

I'd love to go take a look at that! I'm sure he wouldn't be happy as I'd only be a "tire kicker". Actually for $3250 I could buy something with four tires and an engine. Someday I'll venture into the tube gear.....someday. :music:

After you bought that you could fly down to St Pete on your private jet and get some JBL 4311's for ONLY 1500.00(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Posted on CL 10/27, wonder why they haven't sold?
VINTAGE JBL 4312 STUDIO CONTROL MONITORS HI END STEREO SPEAKERS - $1500 (ST. PETERSBURG FL)

That's a wonderful, fairly rare and highly collectible piece of vintage Sansui gear... but the price of over three grand is just completely :screwy:

Get one of these if you have the chance ... but not that one, at that price. :thumbsdn:
