Your favorite "low-wattage" Amplifier or Receiver

I don't own any NAD products but it seems like most I read online is favorable of the brand.
My personal favorite low watt is my Marantz 1060 factory rated at 30 watts per channel.
What's the cut off for being considered low watts? I have a couple receivers but in my mind they would be on the low end of mid powered at 38 and 40 watts per.

The Marantz 1060, my first hi-fi amplifier. I wish I had it back!

I've owned a few dozen low-powered (30 wpc and under) over the past 15 years, and these are my personal faves:

Sansui 800 – my all-time FAVORITE low-powered receiver, not recapped yet but my recapped AU-505 (basically the 800 minus a tuner) was fantastic

Sherwood S-7100A 18 wpc – LOVE this! Very nice w phono, great tuner (not recapped)

Kenwood KR-77, recapped, sounds terrific, excellent phono

Marantz 2015 15 wpc, recapped, sounds (and LOOKS) excellent

Pioneer SX-440 12 wpc – I love the sound of this old receiver, as all-original and after recapping

Realistic STA-65C, AUX and phono tested excellent, AMAZING tuner (not recapped)

I just gave a STA-65C to one of my sons. It does have a good tuner.
The only thing Ive done to it is replace the dial lamps and stereo indicator lamp. I also gave him a modded pair of Realistic Nova 4's.
The 4's were a pair of the nastiest sounding speakers I've ever heard.
VERY shouty. The crossovers were comprised of a single caps for the cheap paper cone tweeters.
I found crossovers in a trashed pair of the larger small metal cased RS speakers that crossed over with the same value cap, but had a coil to roll off the woofer, and a resistor for the tweeter. I used the soft dome tweeters and crossovers from the doner speakers and put them in the Nova 4's.
They wound up sounding pretty darn good. This son has never showed an intrest in having a sound system until a few days ago. So I gave him that receiver and speakers to see if he's really sserious about having a stereo setup.
If so, I do have nicer gear I can set him up with.
Below is a picture of one of the molded 4's.
