One issue that came up today. AK won't load on the duck duck go browser. I get a message that says "Forbidden you don't have permission to access this resource".
 
It now also seems I can't post a picture at all. Wanted to post a pic of the message I got and went through normal way but it never loaded. Now when I go to attach files no window comes up now to select the file.

Yep after I restarted my phone. I'm using a Samsung s9.

Still won't load AK on the duck duck go browser. The above picture is what I see.

I get this too with duckduckgo and have already raised this issue up for review. Meanwhile, Firefox and Brave are working fine
 
Would you guys mind also firing over your IP address to me?

We're helping out with this stuff. I bet it is a cloudflare issue. Need to protect the servers from the bazillions of AI crawlers, while letting through the good crawlers so we can still rank for search.... and many of them spoof certain user agents so its a new game a whack-a-mole with ensuring access.

Hi Te-Te, I know it's no fun to be having posting issues, and I want you to know the Admins haven't forgotten about you. The thing with software updates is that while the update itself goes quickly enough, the "collateral damage" that some updates cause usually takes far longer to resolve as each new bug comes to light and must be slain without causing even more software chaos. Rest assured, relief is coming.... :thumbsup:
 
Yeah, same issue here. FORBIDDEN to access through DuckDuckGo, able to access through Chrome, though.
I'd rather not use Chrome, as I like the protection from snooping provided by DDG...
 
I can't see the stickies that are supposed to be at the top of the thread page the only thing I see up there is a banner saying Media Kit. Any suggestions?
 
Hi, for several years, I have been using Opera on my Android mobile phones. As of recently, I can no longer log into Audiokarma.org using Opera on my phone. If I clear the cache and cookies, I get "Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource." If I use the option to use the desktop site, I can view the homepage. As soon as I sign in or click anything, I get the Forbidden message. Using Firefox for Android works. Opera works fine on my desktop PC. Any thought to resolve the issue? I really do prefer to use Opera. Oh yeah, I did uninstall / reinstall the Opera app.

If many are having these extended issues with no updates it’s time to revert back to old software or PM a back door address. It’s weird I couldn’t directly contact the site from my computer but could bring up the address and click old links “new posts” and reach but that ended a week ago. I’ve provided IP Address twice to 2 different admins with no response. Just an acknowledgment would be nice unless this issue is massive and more than I know are having issues then it’s understandable.

Going back to the old software would put us back in the position where the AI crawlers and DDOS spammers would be overloading the servers again, with Videokarma etc. unreachable and AK on and off available, with constant multiple 503 type errors or running very, very slow when available.

Some of the admins have limited availability, dealing with other personal priorities, others are playing whack-a-mole addressing relentless attacks that are constantly evolving, as well as tweaking things, trying to resolve all these resultant issues. Some things take time to track down, understand and resolve so, please, your patience is requested. Meanwhile, by all means keep posting your issues here in this thread. They're not being ignored.
 
People, PLEASE! If you are having difficulties, please give us DETAILS of the system you are using to access AudioKarma.
Its the only way we can pin down who is having problems, and with what gear ...

Is it a phone? Is it a Pad, is it a Laptop, a desktop computer?

What OS (Mac, Linux, Windows) - and which VERSION?
What Browser? Chrome? Safari? Opera?
