Bass driver is horn loaded at the front, and Jensen / Onken reflex loaded at the back. Looks really interesting, sorta like Altec VOT A7´s.
Midrange compression drivers seem reasonable IMO, though we all know looks can be deceiving. The crossover components look like high quality stuff too.
I can´t wait for your listening impressions.

They certainly look solid, well-made and internally braced. If they sound as good as they look like they're built, they should be really good.

Some off-the-shelf mylars (yellow) and some custom-rolled others of indeterminate type (but sealed in plastic). Probably not a lot to be gained by swapping any of them out. Just make sure they (and other crossover components) are still securely fastened down. I found some loose parts rattling away from their intended mounts inside some Infinity RSb's I'm working on...glue/putty got tired and failed.

Interesting-looking speakers!

Well one of the tweeters don’t work however I have the same tweeter replacement... sound wise they sound just like a large Klipsch to me and maybe a little less bass. They appear to run off anything (low watts I mean)... I little bright but I have fixed that issue on Klipsch speakers before so I mite be able to do the same here... I just wish I know what kind of caps those are in there? oil, Mylar any ideas?

O ya, the mid horn is made of a thick solid cast steel…

The tweeters look like EV T-35's.

The one on the left come out of the speaker and the one on the right is a replacement that I am lucky enough to have. :-)

Sorry I won’t tell where I got them :smoke: but I only paid 40 bucks for the pair. I swear! The pair you are talking about is more then likely still there.

I like the sound however I am not a major fan of the big horn speakers like Klipsch, Altecs and so on… Maybe with some tweaking I can get them to sound more to my pleasing like I did with a pair of Heresy. Of course all I may need is a low watt single ended amp… :music: :music:

Its the same one (EV) that Klipsch uses in about everything. I think.

Of course once I am done fixing them up and playing with them I will be selling them. :D
