Changing crossover frequency on 4311s
I rebuilt my 4311 crossovers a couple of years ago. Like many, I love the overall sound but would prefer less in the 7k area. Yesterday I had an idea and I'm looking for feedback. If I change the HF cap from 3mf to 2.5, it would shift the frequency to 8k instead of 6k. There's plenty of 6-8k...- mashif

modifying cross overs for Thiel CS 1.5 speakers
Greetings everyone. Does anyone have a safe modification to the cross overs in the Thiel CS 1.5 speakers to improve their efficiency?
