    VHS Audio – how to record?

    I have a Zenith VR2300, which is a fairly decent VCR. I have been considering making VHS tapes of some of the music I listen to, however, I don't know how to record audio-only tapes. Could anyone create a tutorial, preferably one which addresses the particular VCR I have?
