The first one "from a repairman" and mostly white boxes with handwriting almost certainly means the ones in the white boxes are pulls.

And the second one...might be worth a look but it sounds like a feeler listing.

First add Looks like some 2 digit tubes, but I wouldn't pay more than $30 without knowing what the tubes actually are.

Second add I wouldnt bother unless they had a specific tube i needed and would take about half of what the same tube would go for at A.E.S. (or other retailer) unless they have tested it and offer some kind of warranty, then maybe 3/4 of AES price.
